Jesse Zyrb
Jesse Zryb is a designer at Pink Powered by Moss - a leading firm in experiential design and tensile structures and has brought hundreds of events, festivals, stage sets, and other immersive environments throughout the world to life. Jesse has a background in architecture and fine arts and received his Masters and Bachelor of Architecture degrees at Tulane University in New Orleans. While at Tulane, Jesse spent his thesis year researching and developing design for festivals and events, which was later published as "Immersive Design: A Festival Experience" and helped direct him into his current field. Returning to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, Jesse was part of UrbanBuild – a program run by the Architecture Department that had students design and build new housing in storm ravaged areas. Music plays a tremendous role in his life and he actively contributes articles and photographs to the music website OurVinyl.com in addition to having done graphic design and posters for various venues. Art is also very important to Jesse, who continues to document the world around him through painting and photography. Jesse is originally from Merrick, New York where he participated and was president of local synagogue-run group called Mitzvahs Unlimited and continues to be active in local Jewish organizations such as MASA and Birthright Israel around the New York area.
